Meet Eric Janson

I am carrying forward the rich legacy that my great grandfather established back in 1905 after immigrating from Sweden to San Francisco. After the 1906 earthquake, Sven went on to help restore this great city, which started with rebuilding city hall and later building many homes in the sunset district. My family and I are very proud of the 100 year Janson heritage within the region. Having lived in North Beach for over 12 years, when it comes to San Francisco, I am truly in the know and love sharing my valuable insights into its vibrant neighborhoods, restaurants, theater, hiking and parks, coffee houses, bars, and yes, the dynamic residential opportunities currently on the market and/or the latest developments to be constructed in the future. Through my infectious passion for the city, I am your personal connection to the distinctive, Bay Area lifestyle.

Known as the #TallestManInRealEstate, in 2019 I teamed up with the Bellings Brothers (also Bay Area natives) and we quickly became the #1 buyers team in 2019 and 2020 by helping our clients purchase over 100 houses and condos in San Francisco. This wouldn’t be possible without our operations manager Teryssa Pineda and our Transaction Coordinator, which allows us to give the personal care and attention our clients need in this extremely competitive market. Giving back to the community is a San Francisco value. In 2016 I joined my friends at HackCancer, known for great people and fun events. We are very proud that to date we have raised over $700,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. My passions start with spending time with my family who lives in the Walnut Creek area. On the weekends I enjoy exploring the hiking trails of the Bay Area, live music, or events in Golden Gate Park. You can also find me cheering on the Giants and Warriors, then heading to our world-class restaurants. In 2017 I started going down the rabbit hole of Bitcoin and love discussing it. With my 10 plus years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, I look forward to serving you and your personal real estate interests.
