Get to Know Me

Hello, I am Erica Weisinger, a San Francisco native with over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. San Francisco's real estate landscape is unique, requiring an insider's knowledge of the market, local agents, and financing intricacies for success. I revel in the art of negotiation and the satisfaction of a successful deal, ensuring my clients' needs are met through open, detailed discussions to set clear priorities and expectations.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I've personally undertaken the purchase and renovation of two Victorian homes in the city. This hands-on experience has equipped me with an intimate understanding of San Francisco's nuances which includes planning regulations, and renovation challenges. I've cultivated a vast network of trusted professionals, ensuring seamless transactions and peace of mind for my clients.

Having spent most of my life in this vibrant city, I love the many facets San Francisco has to offer. Together with my husband Aaron, our two children and our boxer, Aspen, we're deeply rooted in the community we adore.  When not showing properties, I can often be found cheering on my son playing baseball with SF Little League, watching my daughter dance her heart out at our local dance studio, or walking our dog at Crissy Field.

As a proud member of The Belling's Brothers Team at Compass, the #1 buyer's agent team in San Francisco, I'm dedicated to providing unparalleled service and support. Whether you're buying or selling, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's embark on this journey together and turn your real estate dreams into reality.
