The Bellings Brothers are third generation Realtors and San Francisco natives. Aaron and Michael were born and raised in San Francisco and have always had a passion for sales, people, real estate, and all things San Francisco. They created their team just 5 years ago and finished in the top 20% of all Realtors in their first year in the business. They have quickly escalated to consistent top 1% producers in San Francisco. In 2020, Aaron and Michael collectively sold over 67 properties and $92m in sales volume and continue to raise the bar for themselves every year. With backgrounds in finance and marketing, they bring a unique skill set to the business and strive to bring an unparalleled level of expertise, passion, and custom approaches to each transaction. Aaron comes from a family with over 50 years of real estate experience, representing buyers, sellers, and developers of all backgrounds. Born and raised in San Francisco, Aaron possesses extensive knowledge of the city and its unique submarkets, giving his clients a competitive edge in one of the world’s top markets. Michael was born and raised in San Francisco in the Richmond/Presidio Heights neighborhoods and graduated from St. Ignatius College Prep in the Sunset. His knowledge and unique perspective of the city’s diverse neighborhoods and dynamics gives his clients an edge in this ultra-competitive market. Michael is consistently cited in client reviews for his energy, wide breadth of expertise, and passion for all things real estate and San Francisco.

As Director of Operations for the Bellings Brothers Team, Teryssa’s goal is to provide a consistent level of professionalism in each of the team’s transactions. From listing preparation to closing, Teryssa works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every client. Her organization and communication skills allow the team to quickly and effectively prepare and market listings.

Teryssa’s passion for real estate started at a young age. Her mother is a Senior Escrow Officer, and Teryssa often visited her office and accompanied her to Open Houses growing up. Born and raised in San Francisco, Teryssa is knowledgeable and passionate about the city and all it has to offer. After graduating from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in the Sunset District, Teryssa went on to study at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.

After graduating from college, Teryssa earned her real estate license and decided to pursue her dream of working with a top producing team. Teryssa brings with her a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for real estate and the Bay Area. You can find her on-site working with vendors to prepare listings, hosting Open Houses, and in the office creating fun and engaging social media marketing material for the Bellings Brothers Team.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tyler has always loved this dynamic city. His confidence, tenacity, and determination stemmed from playing elite soccer where he lead his team as captain for over ten years. With a strong work ethic and a desire to help people, Tyler began working in the hospitality industry at the young age of fifteen. This taught him that success is in the details; always catering to client’s satisfaction, anticipating needs, and going above and beyond expectations. While studying Communications at San Francisco State University, he applied and was accepted into the highly-competitive Marine Corps Aviation Officer Candidate program; the youngest participant in the history of the revered program. Here is where he further honed his skills in discipline, focus and problem solving. Afterwards, Tyler reset his sights on excelling in the San Francisco Real Estate industry. He was honored to be mentor under Franck and Sara Costa of The Costa Group – one of Northern California’s most respected and awarded Real Estate teams – and received the Rookie of the Year Award from Vanguard Properties in his first year, beating out over 120 other new agents. Tyler is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR), Luxury Membership Council, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Leverage Global Partners, and on the council of Young Professionals Network.

Tyler’s interest in Real Estate began at an early age, as his parents involved him in buying and selling investment properties. As a Real Estate professional, his focus is to provide unparalleled services to his clients in one of the most dynamic and thrilling Real Estate markets in the world. Persistence, dependability, and interpersonal skills are what got him to where he is today, and is what gets his clients’ transactions completed with great success. Tyler is a perfectionist and admitted workaholic who prides himself on being available to his clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When Tyler is not working on his business, he enjoys running along Marina Green, staying up to date on current events and technologies, as well as taking time exploring the nuances of the distinctive and ever-changing San Francisco neighborhoods.
