Aaron comes from a family with over 50 years of real estate experience, representing buyers, sellers and developers. Aaron is a Bay Area native, born and raised in both San Francisco and Marin County. He has loved everything Bay Area for as long as he can remember. Attending Giants games at Candlestick Park (and now at AT&T Park), watching the Blue Angels on the Marina Green, and sampling the local cuisine in the eclectic neighborhoods San Francisco has to offer are just a few of his favorite past times. He also enjoys skiing in Tahoe, photography, and basketball. Although Aaron loves to travel, the best city in the world is right in his backyard and he can’t imagine living or working anywhere else.
After graduating with honors from St. Ignatius College Prep in San Francisco’s Sunset district, Aaron graduated Cum Laude from Santa Clara University while receiving his BS in Finance and minor in Operations Management. Upon graduation, Aaron joined AT&T as a manager and thrived as a sales leader, mentor, and motivator for the entire Bay Area. He consistently ranked in the Top 10 in Northern California for sales achievement and goal attainment while breaking records in nearly every metric at multiple locations. Despite this, Aaron wanted to take his career to the next level.
Utilizing his love of sales, background in Finance, and desire to be the best in real estate, he has teamed up with his brother Michael to join the ranks of some of the city’s finest real estate professionals at Compass. At a young age, Michael became passionate about Real Estate after traveling on weekly Tuesday Tours and Sunday Open Houses with his father. After graduating with honors from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in the Sunset District of San Francisco, Michael excelled at Business Marketing and Communication while graduating Magna Cum Laude in the top 10 percent of his class at the University of Southern California (USC).
Michael accepted a job at the Target Corporation at the West Coast headquarters in Pasadena, CA and became one of the youngest executive managers. Utilizing leadership and management skills, Michael lead a team of over 300 team members and consistently exceeded sales goals. Although he knew that the Target Corporation was only a temporary destination before entering into the Real Estate field, his experiences provided him with the consummate meaning of what it takes to work hard and put in the long hours necessary for success.
Michael left the corporate world deciding it was time to pursue his dreams of starting in the real estate industry and creating a collaborative team with his brother, Aaron. As Director of Operations for the Bellings Brothers Team, Teryssa’s goal is to provide a consistent level of professionalism in each of the team’s transactions. From listing preparation to closing, Teryssa works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for every client. Her organization and communication skills allow the team to quickly and effectively prepare and market listings.
Teryssa’s passion for real estate started at a young age. Her mother is a Senior Escrow Officer, and Teryssa often visited her office and accompanied her to Open Houses growing up. Born and raised in San Francisco, Teryssa is knowledgeable and passionate about the city and all it has to offer. After graduating from St. Ignatius College Preparatory in the Sunset District, Teryssa went on to study at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.
After graduating from college, Teryssa earned her real estate license and decided to pursue her dream of working with a top producing team. Teryssa brings with her a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for real estate and the Bay Area. You can find her on-site working with vendors to prepare listings, hosting Open Houses, and in the office creating fun and engaging social media marketing material for the Bellings Brothers Team.
Tyler brings fresh perspective, vibrant energy, and knowledge of the latest technology and market conditions to his clientele. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tyler has always loved this dynamic city. His confidence, tenacity, and determination stemmed from playing elite soccer where he lead his team as captain for over ten years. With a strong work ethic and a desire to help people, Tyler began working in the hospitality industry at the young age of fifteen. This taught him that success is in the details; always catering to client’s satisfaction, anticipating needs, and going above and beyond expectations. While studying Communications at San Francisco State University, he applied and was accepted into the highly-competitive Marine Corps Aviation Officer Candidate program; the youngest participant in the history of the revered program. Here is where he further honed his skills in discipline, focus and problem solving. Afterwards, Tyler reset his sights on excelling in the San Francisco Real Estate industry. He was honored to be mentor under Franck and Sara Costa of The Costa Group – one of Northern California’s most respected and awarded Real Estate teams – and received the Rookie of the Year Award from Vanguard Properties in his first year, beating out over 120 other new agents. Tyler is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR), Luxury Membership Council, Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, Leverage Global Partners, and on the council of Young Professionals Network.
