As Summer Winds Down, Fall Warms Up!

As we lean into the preparation for early Fall, we are seeing positive signs that we are looking at a busy real estate season ahead. August gave us the lowest interest rates so far this year with promises of future cuts, financial markets are back at record highs, and seasonal demand is heating up! In addition to those factors, there has been a lot of buzz around San Francisco recently. Conversations about another possible tech boom driven by AI, with dozens of new startups coming to the city, and billions being invested in new ventures. The next Golden Age of SF is on the horizon.
