Holiday Wishes for a Bright New Year! 🏡

Heading into 2025, we are extremely grateful for an incredible 2024! While typically this month we see a slow down in activity, we have seen an unusally busy December. Looking forward into next year's predictions, we expect only two further reductions of the Fed rate for 2025 but this is based on short-term reactions, causing a dip in the stock market late December. While it may be difficult to determine where we are headed in the New Year, the last several years have shown demand rebouding substantially early in the New Year and accelerating into the Spring.
