A Positive Start to 2024!

Open houses are busier than ever and the number of new listings hitting the market, going into contract, and "coming soon" are climbing rapidly. With dramatic improvements since October in interest rates, stock markets, and consumer confidence, both buyers and sellers are re-entering the market at a much greater degree. Number of New Listings Hitting the Market in San Francisco is Steadily Rising
