Historically, the SF real estate market slows during this season; however, there are still many active buyers and motivated sellers throughout the city right now. The median SFH sales price in Q2 rose 6% year-over-year, and number of homes sold is also up 9%. In addition, overbidding percentages hit their highest readings, and the average days on market (DOM) is at its lowest reading in two years. We are anticipating a strong Fall market in the coming months - get ready!
