It’s finally Summertime in San Francisco, and we hope you are all excited for sunny skies and Summer travels! In the real estate world, the median home sales price in May hit its highest value since mid-2022, and the 2024 year-to-date home sales volume is up 12% YOY. Days on market were also the lowest in 12 months, indicating a strong Spring market. The San Francisco market historically slows in the summer months, but we are still seeing strong buyer and seller activity entering June.
