Home prices, sales volume, luxury sales, the number of new listings, and overbidding all increased as the market moved deeper into Spring. Price reductions also rose in April, proving that preparing, pricing and marketing homes properly still matter. Inflation and interest rates have continued to fluctuate; however, buyers and sellers have seemingly taken this in stride and are continuing to list their homes and write offers. We expect activity to slow as the Summer approaches, but are optimistic that the Spring market will end strong.
