Economic uncertainty reached a 20-year high in April, surpassing levels seen during the 2008 recession and the 2020 pandemic. Despite this, San Francisco’s housing market remains steady, with only a 9% YOY inventory increase and continued strong demand for well-prepared, move-in-ready homes.
