Fall is in Full Swing! 🏡🍂

As we continue to enjoy a beautiful San Francisco Fall, the market has not yet shown signs of cooling down for the year. We’ve been collaborating with sellers to seize the opportunities that this season offers while preparing others looking to get ahead of next year. As of early October, the mortgage rates were the lowest they have been since February 2023, and the consensus is that rates will most likely continue to fall this Q4. This means there might still be opportunities to buy in the coming months.

A Flourishing Fall Inventory Market!

We saw a surge of new inventory come on the market this fall as it soared to the highest count of new listings in 2024 YTD. As we move deeper into the fall season, we will see less homes hitting the market, but for now, plenty of opportunities are still out there!
